To get the most out of our creative talent and push our games to the highest quality, we are looking for a Senior Producer to work on our future projects. You will be responsible for making our ambitious and challenging game projects run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.


Role:

  • You will setup and maintain project schedules for both short and mid-long term project goals
  • You will interpret the quality needs of the project, translate them into requirements, and ensure implementation
  • You will manage risks, issues and change requests and pro-actively solve development problems before they impact the schedule or the end result
  • You will partner up with stakeholders and teams, and help shepherd the processes forward to keep production running smoothly and without interruption
  • You will track status of work and deliverables, including dependencies between teams
  • You will communicate relevant information to different stakeholders at the appropriate time
  • You will anticipate resource needs, both short-term and long-term, from sometimes uncertain and fluent design decisions
  • You will challenge existing ways/processes, and come up with new, feasible ways of working that take other teams impact into account

 

Requirements:

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in games, or in managing complex, large scope software projects
  • You possess advanced knowledge of modern project management methods and tools, and know when and how to apply them
  • You have excellent communication, coordination and diplomacy skills
  • You have a proactive, can-do attitude and you are comfortable in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if needed to improve the game
  • You have an education at university level, preferably in a technical/software discipline, or equivalent level of industry experience
  • You are proficient in Excel and JIRA
  • You like playing games and are passionate about game development
